Created by artist and entrepreneur J French, Umbrella grew from the same philosophy behind his I Don’t Believe In Bad Days music series—a reminder that no matter what life brings, we still have the power to decide how we respond to it.
The umbrella represents protection through the storm.
We can’t always control when it rains. We can’t control every setback, disappointment, loss, or difficult moment that comes our way. But we can choose what we carry with us while we walk through it.
That idea became Umbrella by J French.

What began as a message in the music grew into something people could wear.
